In Dynamica, the role of Researcher is an author, reviewer, and reader.
- Library admins can add a Researcher to Dynamica by going to Manage Affiliations
Then click on Add
- Here you will need to add in the Researchers information
- Email Address
- Department (Shown only if Departments are implemented - These are maintained by Library admins in the Manage Departments page)
- Role
- Admin (About: Library admin)
- Reviewer (About: Able to Read and Review)
- Researcher (About: Able to Read, Author and Review)
- Community Creator (In development)
- Funder (In development)
- Clicks Add person (Library admin)
An email notification will automatically be sent to the reviewer to inform them they have been added to Dynamica. Once the Researcher clicks Accept a one time pass-code will be sent to the Researcher. The Researcher enters the code to login to Dynamica they will then be prompted to accept the following permissions:
- Access to account
- Profile, Current User, Current user metadata, Allow offline access
Once accepted the researcher is logged into Dynamica and can begin to author, review and read.
