- A new version is required when one or more reviewers marks the Manuscript as Changes requested or Needs major adjustments.
- On the Publication Page click on the Manuscript where you wish to upload a new version. On this page you will find four tabs:
- Summary: Summary of each reviewer’s comments grouped together and the decision made: Approved, changes requested or Needs major adjustments
- Manuscript: View the PDF version of the manuscript with all comments and name of reviewer
- Reviewers; see list of current reviewers and ability to add additional reviewers
- Submit new version: Upload new manuscript file. Amend Title, Abstract, Keywords and Conflict of interest if required.
- By going to the Submit a new version tab you will be able to upload a new manuscript as well as amend the Title, Abstract, Keywords and Conflict of interest statement, if required.
- Previous versions can be accessed by selecting the version from the dropdown list.
